Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY — ATELIER QUARTERLY

All products offered by Atelier Quarterly are digital publications, downloadable files, and instructional content. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a digital file has been delivered or a download link has been accessed.

Digital Publications — No Returns Atelier Quarterly Vol. I, Atelier Quarterly Vol. II, The Stokerdine Conspiracy, and all future digital publications are non-returnable and non-refundable. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with your download link. Delivery of that link constitutes fulfillment of your order.

Physical Books — Returns & Refunds

Physical book orders (paperback and hardcover editions) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the book is in its original, unread condition.

Author-signed editions are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

A restocking fee will apply to all eligible book returns. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund at the time the return is processed.

Atelier Académics — Instructional Content All Atelier Académics masterclass sessions, instructional recordings, digital downloads, and course materials are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once access has been granted or content has been delivered, regardless of whether the material has been viewed in full.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account within the 14-day withdrawal period. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, including any standard outbound shipping costs you were charged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of 20% applies to eligible returned items.

Digital products — Waiver of right of withdrawal: Our digital publications and downloadable content are delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your order, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. If you did not access your download and wish to withdraw, you must notify us within 14 days of your order date by submitting a cancellation request through your customer account.

Damaged or Undelivered Files If you did not receive your download link, or if your file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact us immediately at editor@atelierquarterly.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Advertising Placements Advertising placements are confirmed in writing before production begins. Once a placement has been confirmed and artwork submitted, no refund will be issued. If a placement cannot be fulfilled due to a production issue on our end, a full refund or credit toward a future issue will be offered.

Gift Cards Atelier Quarterly gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value, except where required by law.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are held, seized, or delayed by customs. By placing an international order, you acknowledge responsibility for compliance with your country's import regulations.
