• Virtual: Via Webex Conferencing by appointment only. Minimum 3 days notice required. Large-scale Webex conferences for up to 1,000 attendees available upon request.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Advance Booking: All engagements require a minimum of 30 days advance notice. Out-of-town engagements require a minimum of 60 days advance notice.
• Event Details Required: Full engagement details (date, time, location, audience size, and topic) must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
• Cancellation by Client: Cancellations accepted up to 15 days prior to the scheduled engagement. A 50% cancellation fee applies. No refunds are issued for cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the event.
• Cancellation by Stacy Stewart Smith: In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.
• Right of Refusal: Stacy Stewart Smith reserves the right to respectfully decline any engagement request.
